Our client, a retail organisation is looking for an experienced Store Manager to join their team in Kuilsriver. Duties & ResponsibilitiesTo manage and lead the store effectively by ensuring every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of the store, this includes sales, staff, stock and resources management. Key Responsibilities:Ensure sales and costs are in line with the budget.Manage gross profit by ensuring shrinkage kept to budgeted amount.Support the stores annual budget process.Increase customer count byLog and action customers’ complaints daily.Ensure deliveries actioned promptly and accurately.Management and leadership of staffMaintain stock value at correct level for store size.Manage stock ordering process, KVI’s always in stock.Manage perpetual stock taking process.Ensure store security is maintained. Desired Experience & QualificationMatric.10 years of retail management experience.Good computer skills a requirement.Interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure.Passion for people and retail.Strong customer service skills.High level of flexibility.Ability to adapt to different customers.Great written and verbal communication skills.Natural talent for motivating and developing teams.Valid Drivers License and own car
