Our client is seeking a Qualified Google Ads SEA Manager to provide his/her full-time services to a leading Swiss Digital Marketing Agency. Position can be based anywhere in South Africa - can working remotely. Duties & Responsibilities:- *Planning, creation and control of Google Ad campaign *Technical point-of-contact for all SEA questions during customer project *Monitoring, control and optimization of campaign *Creation of performance report *Desire to continue to educate yourself in Google Ads and incorporate innovative solutions into customer project *Openness to intensive introductory program and coaching, as well as a mentor who will challenge and encourage you *Deep understanding of customer needs and guide them to their goals. Minimum Requirements:- *Fluency in German and English *Minimum 3 years' experience with SEA (company or agency) *Minimum 3 years' experience with other Google tools (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Ads, Data Studio, Conversion Tracking, etc.) *Acquired various Google Ads Certifications *Analytical, data-driven and solution-orientated *Ability to understand and optimize processes from search to conversion, incorporating fundamental SEO practices *Proven success with ad campaigns, DSA, RDSA, remarketing, shopping ads, ad extensions, etc. *Technical ability to generate and measure conversions, and to find and solve any problems *Independent time and task management and efficient work methods *Good linguistic abilities for copy and text *Handling Ad Scripts advantageous.
