Job Specification

The incumbent will be responsible for all activities associated with that of System Training and assistance thereof to the Group. To plan and deliver appropriate and consistent training to staff and elected members so that the KAL Group obtains optimum value from its universal IM systems and processes. To contribute to the development and delivery of the business operations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • 5 years’ experience of and exposure to Agrismart
  • Be proficient in MS Office
  • Have problem solving skills and good communication skills (bilingual)
  • Preferably have accounting knowledge
  • Own transport and a valid driver's license are required as candidates must be prepared to travel for work purposes
