Description:
The position will require the successful person to attend to the following tasks:
- Fortnightly Payroll;
- Leave Management;
- General HR tasks, ie – filing etc.
Requirements:
- Fortnightly Payroll;
- Leave Management;
- General HR tasks, ie – filing etc.
- Payroll Processing: 3 to 4 years
- Hr Payroll: 3 to 4 years
- Payroll Support: 3 to 4 years
- 4+ years’ experience, with specific exposure to a Payroll system.
- Exposure to an internal Employee Self Service type system would be a big advantage.
- Short courses will be an advantage.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confident demeanor and friendly disposition.
- Well organised and structured in approach.
- Detail orientated and Deadline driven.
- Fast learner who can adapt easily to internal systems.
- Adhere to and respect confidentiality of the HR Department.
