We're seeking a Production / Manufacturing Manager to lead our manufacturing operations, specializing in gear production for mining, construction, and agriculture. A successful candidate should have experience in operations or production management, preferably with a background in manufacturing parts for relevant industries. Qualifications:- Mechanical Engineering degree, diploma, or trade test with managerial experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing, preferably in mining, agriculture, or construction.
- Track record of progressing from workshop to management roles.
- Strong technical skills, including reading engineering drawings.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with production planning and health/safety regulations.
- Basic financial acumen is a plus.
