R15 000 - R20 000 CTC per month

Permanent

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll handle client interactions; sales administration tasks, and ensure office operations run smoothly.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and Sage Accounting.

Minimum Requirements:

4 or more years of experience in a customer-centric administrative role.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Sage Accounting software or similar accounting platforms.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges and contribute to team success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Communication and Support:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and offering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Offer guidance on product features, specifications, and pricing.

Resolve client issues or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.

Sales Administration:

Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, entering details into the company's sales management system and Sage Accounting software.

Generate sales quotes, invoices, and purchase orders as needed, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Maintain organized sales records, including client information, order history, and payment details, for easy retrieval and reference.

Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any shipping-related issues.

General Administrative Support:

Provide administrative assistance to the General Manager, including managing schedules, arranging appointments, and preparing documents or presentations as required.

Assist with basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.

Collaborate with other departments as needed to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
