Experience in a medical company will be advantageous.Our Client based in Northern Suburbs requires an authentic, trustworthy individual to join their successful medical practice.Very important to have excellent numerical accuracy and a good self-image, a people's person who can work alongside the Director and liaise well with people on all levels in a fast-paced environment. REQUIREMENTS- Matric, tertiary qualification advantageous
- Very well presented and own transport and drivers license
- Excellent communication skills, must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Financial experience with debtors, creditors, bank reconciliations
- Very accurate numerical skills
- All round administration and PA experience advantageous
- Essential to be accountable and take full responsibility of this job function
- Computer Literate
- Working alongside and reporting directly to the Director
- Oversee the company's financial data and compliance
- Manage accurate books on accounts payable and receivable
- Daily financial entries and reconciliations
- Managing and collecting of debtors
- Payment of creditors for two practices
- Daily and monthly Bank Reconciliations
- Recording of transaction in the ledger
- Assisting with any patient account queries
- Recording of all business transactions into the ledger.
- Manage staff rosters and general staff requirements
- PA duties where required to support the Owner
- Monitoring emails, drafting communications on behalf of Owner
- Planning, and organising meetings and travel arrangements for Owner
- Ordering of stock for two practices from suppliers
- Ensuring stock levels are checked weekly and monthly
- Ordering optical lenses, optical frames, optical cases, and optical equipment from overseas suppliers
- Processing invoices from suppliers and adding to stock on our systems
- Assist in reception if patient pressure demands
- Any ad-hoc duties that arise and offer assistance all round when needed in this busy practice
