Qualified Electrician – Kraaifontein – market-related salary
Job Description: My client is seeking a qualified electrician with a minimum of 5 years of working experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will undertake various electrical tasks and must possess specific qualifications and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs following relevant codes and regulations.
· Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
· Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems and equipment.
· Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
· Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
· Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients.
· Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
· Provide guidance and support to apprentices and junior staff as needed.
Requirements:
· Matric certificate.
· Red Seal certification in electrical.
· Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the electrical field.
· Wireman's license. Proficiency in single-phase/three-phase electrical work, including single-phase/three-phase wireman certification.
· Valid driver's license.
· Preferably possess a public driver's permit (PDP).
· Own reliable transportation.
· Industrial works experience is a must.
· Must already reside in the Cape Town area.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
