Quantity Surveyor/Administrator - Parklands - R20 000 - R30 000 Per Month
Requirements:
City of Cape Town Rates accounts experience. (min 1000)
Calculations proficiency.
Valuations experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Municipal Accounts or quantity surveying background.
(QUANTITY SURVEYOR, room for growth within the company - QS should have a good understanding of Cadastral Boundaries, Grandparent/parents, and children even as well as property valuations, rezonings, and subdivisions. We might also be able to use a young QS in a Project Management role in the future).
