A Procurement Manager is needed for a Property Development and Construction Company

· Qualifications:
· Demonstrated expertise in procurement or supply chain management, with over 5 years of experience, ideally within the construction or real estate sectors
· Proficiency in utilizing BuildSmart software
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling successful collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams and external partners
· Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks
· Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and work with urgency to meet deadlines
· Proficient in administrative tasks, exhibiting strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
· Procure quotations as necessary for required goods and services
· Process all purchase orders that are approved by the Directors
· Dispatch purchase orders to suppliers via email
· Identify and onboard new suppliers as needed
· Prepare rate comparisons for Director review when requested
· Coordinate site deliveries and office warehouse logistics by arranging call offs
· Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods
· Record and manage delivery notes efficiently
· Regulate stock issuance for site orders from the office warehouse
· Handle credit applications, including obtaining necessary approvals and submission to suppliers
· Record cash on delivery (COD) transactions accurately
· Collect and organize required documentation from new suppliers as needed
· Utilize the new plant system to record job cards and process orders for plant servicing as required
· Supervise and support the procurement assistant
· Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and site personnel to ensure effective procurement operations
