We have amazing opportunities for X 2 Senior Product Marketing Specialists. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with and supporting the promotion of our product offering across all HWB-owned and paid platforms. Day-to-day functions will include the coalition of strategic marketing plans for products under the verticals, implementation of strategic marketing initiatives and driving growth across the product marketing portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the deliverables of coordinators and specialists under each product vertical, ensuring zero defect in campaign rollouts and assets, as well as reporting on the performance of each promotion to product marketing manager and the business. This position will support the product marketing manager and product marketing specialists and the rest of the marketing Team.

You Bring:
  • Product Knowledge.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing-related position.
A Bonus To Have:
  • Completed or studying towards a related Diploma or Degree.
  • Driver’s License.
What You’ll Do For The Brand:
  • Engage with Product suppliers and manage relationships with all product suppliers around marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with junior team and Product Marketing Manager in campaign planning, and implementation of respective product campaigns, and be the key support resource to the Product Marketing Manager in delivering on the product marketing strategy.
  • Maintain all current betting platforms (mobisite, website, USSD) by identifying shortfalls and introducing new features and solutions.
  • Identify new innovations, promotions/ competitions, and ways in which to market your product portfolio according to the strategy outlined.
  • Ensure enhancement of the Company product(s) and improve the functionality for the end users of these applications.
  • Competitor analysis reporting and market research.
  • Project lead specialist team in the deployment of all campaigns, manage reporting, and serve as the key liaison between product marketing and product.
  • Develop and evaluate all product marketing opportunities as well as delivering returns against KPI’s.
  • Market awareness and strong Relationship Management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Management of various projects across the Ibranch Business.
  • Identify root causes of customer and audit queries and look at ways and initiatives to reduce specific customer/audit queries where appropriate, based on the nature of the query.
  • Assist and advise the business on what needs are to be met and dictate the flow and user interface to determine what the users must see by providing them with Business Requirement Documents.
  • Conduct quality assurance tests.
  • Manage all reporting to business by product specialists as well as formulate monthly departmental management reports.
  • New business ideas and improve current business work practices.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to achieve objectives related to allocated product to achieve growth and visibility in the marketplace.
