Lead Solution Analyst

Description:

A banking institution is actively seeking an experienced and skilled LEAD SOLUTION ANALYST to join their project team. This team is composed of an architect, project manager/analyst, and business analysts, all dedicated to supporting core finance applications and data functions.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Lead Solution Analyst
Employment Type: 3.5 Months Contract, Hybrid – Renewable
Work Location: Sandton, Johannesburg


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify Issues & Gaps.
• Define document access and security.
• Complete Application Documentation.
• Complete list of all known issues.
• Current BOW (All registered asks for 2024, strategic initiatives like Attakama).
• Manage all stakeholders including Data providers Data consumers.
• Improve the current engagement model.
• Manage the VQ (data) breaks process and the skills matrix.
• Unpack possible current technology stack Limitations (Multiple projects to do a technical restack in the past).
• Unpack and document Minion reference tables, ownership.
• Unpack and document Trade & Account conformance.
• Unpack and document T & A daily process and solution.
• Define Support requirements.
• Assess data Issue portal +process. : Covers T&A, current use, etc.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 6+ years of experience.
• Finance data domain Knowledge (Experienced).
• Data analysis / processing.
• Documentation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technical process skills and understanding.

MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Skilled in data analytics and should be comfortable with data visualization, migration, and modeling.
