The role for a Service Consultant demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual with extensive financial planning administration experience, capable of multitasking effectively while upholding professional standards. Required Knowledge/Experience:- Matric (Grade 12).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Good computer literacy.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Service Consultant in Financial Planning.
- Familiarity with X-Plan or similar tools advantageous.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Draw investments and risk quotes.
- Prepare new business files and manage submissions.
- Handle existing business queries and maintain client communication.
- Ensure compliance document management.
- Assist in compliance audit preparations.
