To maintain the whole Factory Electrical & Mechanical, to achieve a 95% availability on all equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Matric
• Millwright Trade tested
• 3 - 4 years’ experience in production in the manufacturing sector
• 3 years’ experience in a supervisory position.
• Min 3 years technical experience - PLC's, Hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Computer Literacy: MS Office.
• Driver license and own transport
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting mechanical and electrical inspections in designated areas according to pragma blue cards.
- Repairing and maintaining all mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Troubleshooting faults in electrical circuits.
- Performing electrical installations as approved by the Engineering Superintendent.
- Assisting boilermakers and fitters when needed.
- Maintaining tools, ensuring their proper operation and cleanliness.
- Executing planned maintenance operations as outlined in job cards.
Requirements:
- Pneumatics: 4 to 5 years
- Electrical Repairs: 4 to 5 years
- Mechanical Ability: 4 to 5 years
- Plc Allen Bradley: 4 to 5 years
