E.P.X Courier Services, a national courier company, is looking for an enthusiastic, well-presented candidate to fill a position in their Call Centre in KLERKSDORP.
• Call Centre - booking of collections and following up on collections placed at various branches • Resolve Customer’s requests via calls and emails • Handling escalated queries from branches, agents, and clients • Capturing, scanning, and analysing PODs • Clearing and following up on all outstanding PODs • Continued to follow up on existing queries until resolved • Communicate customer inquiries/ feedback to relevant team membersRequirements:
- Problem Solving: 2 to 3 years
- Parcel Perfect: 2 to 3 years
- Client Service Oriented: 2 to 3 years
