Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Crafting monthly Shareholders' packages with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborating closely with Business Units to develop monthly reporting materials
- Supervising the reporting and management of group cash flow
- Leading group consolidations encompassing approximately 8 entities
- Facilitating due diligence processes as required
- Compiling investment documentation for potential acquisitions
- Offering support services to startup companies or recently acquired entities
- Overseeing Group Profit and Loss (P&L) management
- Evaluating business processes within Business Units to optimize efficiency and profitability
- Bachelor of Commerce degree
- Completion of Articles training towards Chartered Accountancy is desirable
- Qualified CA(SA)
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in financial accounting
- Previous experience in the logistics or courier industry is advantageous
