A Supermarket chain is looking for a Butchery Admin Manager to join their team! Must have requirements:- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Excellent administration skills
- 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role within the Butchery Department
Essential Duties and experience:
- Creating purchase orders for required stock
- Receiving stock and conducting bulk stock checks
- Ensuring accurate invoice information and quality checks of received stock
- Monitoring stock rotation within Cold Rooms
- Assisting with weekly stocktakes
- Controlling and capturing wastage
