Description:
· Maintained office PCs, networks (LAN and WAN) and mobile devices.
· Imaged and prepared new computers for integration into company networks and systems.
· Managed Active Directory, DNS and DHCP on Windows Server 2012, Microsoft Exchnage
· Installed, configured and supported local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN) and Internet system.
· Configured systems according to prescribed software and hardware frameworks.
· Create virtual Environments to Test hardware and software compatibility using Hyper-V and Citrix.
· Recovered critical information from data backups to restore functionality.
