Job Description:
As a Resort Duty Manager with a Maintenance Background, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our resort facilities and maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction. Your primary duties will include:
· Ensuring each department that you oversee is prepared and staffed for each shift.
· Prepare staff duty Rosters.
· Conducting regular inspections of resort facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
· Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
· Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
· Supervising and training staff to deliver exceptional service.
· Overlooking day to day operation of the Resort
· Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
· Stock control.
· Assisting in budget planning and cost control measures
· Collaborating with external contractors for larger maintenance projects
· Attend to staff and union matters
