Description:
A)Technical support for live 2G/3G/4G/SRAN (BSC, RNC, OMS, BTSMED and 2G/3G/4G BTS and SBTS)
B)Improve Daily/Weekly routine health check procedure (RNC, BSC and other relative performance monitoring element)
C)Monitoring of Radio Access Network (2G/3G/4G/SRAN) and troubleshooting as L2
D)Can manage and support subcontractor/partner for on-site troubleshooting, integration
E)Identification and prioritization of faults via network alarms: taking decisive steps to ensure appropriate levels of response for fault resolution
F)Handling Software upgrade of BSC, RNC, EMS,OMS, SBTS, BTS
G)Can initiate and support for customer ticket and coordinate with L3 support team
H)Commissioning experiences on BSC,RNC,EMS and Sites
I)Classifying and accordingly dispatching alarms to Field Maintenance team.
J)Ability to think quickly and calmly when working under pressure.
K)Priority given to having experience in MTN project.
Requirements:
- Troubleshooting: 4 to 5 years
- Commissioning Engineers: 4 to 5 years
