We are an office automation company requiring the duties of a receptionist/internal sales person
Reception
- Handling incoming calls and logging incoming service calls
- Dealing with customer queries
- Word and excel/google sheets
- logging customer meter readings
- Arranging courier collections and deliveries
- General office duties
- Tracking completed customer service calls
- Ordering stock
Internal sales
- telesales on existing customers
- lead generation and social media ad posts
- emailing quotes
- handling incoming emails sales queries
Requirements
- Previous reception /admin experience
- matric certificate
- reliable motor vehicle
- word and excel / google sheets
- previous sales exposure
- well presented
- strong customer communication skills
- team player
