A global solutions provider in the distribution sector with a growing foot print the South Africa is currently seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join their team in the SA office. Title: Senior Financial AccountantLocation: Johannesburg North
As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will be exposed to the full finance function however you will also have the opportunity to get involved in other aspects of the business operationally.
Duties:
- Oversight of the accounts payable and accounts receivable function
- Implementing financial controls
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Managing multiple client projects simultaneously (tracking cost and profitability)
- Compilation of annual financial statements
- Local and international legislation as well IFRS standards compliance
- Operational involvement (HR, Facilities ect)
- Finance Degree
- CA(SA) or Bcom with SAICA articles
- 3-5 years of commercial experience in a similar role
- Operational exposure in other non-financial aspects of a business
