Qualifications:
- BCom Accounting
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role, particularly in the engineering or related technical fields.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Excellent command of accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Outstanding analytical and time management skills.
- Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow for administration, existing projects, and proposed new sites.
- Implement and streamline efficient accounting processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and guidelines.
- Collaborate with management to develop financial planning and risk management.
- Prepare accurate reports and present them to senior stakeholders.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing financial team.
