Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and Excel, experience with engineering-specific financial software is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile ledger accounts, financial statements, and reports.
• Ensure accuracy and effectiveness in all of our accounting tasks.
• Prepare tax documents and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Assist with budget preparation and budget forecasts.
• Analyze financial data and provide strategies to cut costs and increase profits.
• Participate in regular audits and recommend corrective financial action plans.
