Responsibilities include the following:Management:
Managing the national company and management team
Recruitment, motivation & monitoring of managers
Managing the in-house and field sales forces
Continuous observation of the market and competition
Analysis of market potentials, continuous further development of the marketing & sales concepts
Reporting in compliance with the company's own reporting system
Representation of the company and group in all relevant economic and social events
Involvement in relevant associations and institutions
Implementation of plus adherence to the compliance regulations
Production/Product departments:
Optimising and development of the produced and marketed product portfolio relating to the requirements of the market & profitability (together with the Product Management)
Monitoring the compliance with/attainment of country-specific certificates
Monitoring of permits & laws for the introduction, as a basis for the sale and operation of the products
Continuous process optimisation in Production and Administration
The provision of the necessary investments to enable further production
Experience
Practical experience in the management of comparable sales-orientated businesses
Proof of success in the management of staff
Several years of experience in the sale of products requiring explanatory support
Preferably in the air conditioning and ventilation industry and in project business with industry customers
Knowledge and experience in the communication and mode of practice in companies with international holdings
Experience in dealing with governmental organisations and institutions
Very good knowledge of the industry
Knowledge of the country-specific employment laws
Person of integrity
Strong loyalty and honesty towards his/her employer
Have good judgement,
