Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Newly qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with excellent academic transcripts
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations
- Prior experience auditing manufacturing or construction clients is highly preferred
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's financial reporting, including month-end and year-end close processes
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
