Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and maintenance for systems and networks.
- Conduct fault-finding to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform systems maintenance, including servers reboot and network maintenance.
- Log in to servers and routers to diagnose and address issues.
- Prepare detailed reports on system performance and maintenance activities.
- Manage network infrastructure and ensure its reliability and security.
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing queries and issues efficiently.
