Our Client, a leading health company dedicated to improving patient compliance and medication management has a vacancy for a Pharmacy / Production Manager.
We specialize in packing medications into adherence pouches to ensure patients receive the right medications at the right time. With a focus on innovation and patient care, we are committed to delivering exceptional pharmacy services to our customers.
You will be responsible for managing a team of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants, optimizing workflow efficiency, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Monitor production compliance to Good Manufacturing Practice and statutory requirements. Monitor adherence to guidelines, procedures, and document controls. Deliver expected productivity targets as per business requirements. Related administrative tasks. Serve as back up to Team on shift.

- Ability to interpret and implement policies, processes, and objectives
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.

- Strong financial acumen and business acumen.
