Experienced Front Office Attendant required for Hotel in Polokwane with Opera experience. Opera System Experience required, for a minimum of 1 year, the Opera experience should be recent Requirements:- 3 years experience in a hotel reception
- Polite, friendly person that can think on their feet.
- Well-spoken and presented individual.
- Strong administration skills
- Grade12 and computer literate.
- Answer and direct telephone calls.
- Assist with queries and guests complaints.
- Make reservations, adjustments to reservations.
- Process payments and compile invoices of guests stay.
- Daily reporting and handovers
- Do guest check ins and guest check outs
