HR Officer - Route 62, WCOur client is currently on a recruitment drive for a HR Officer to join their establishment.Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:Knowledge and experience in implementation of all employment legislation.Working knowledge of all labour (and other relevant) legislation.Submission of EE Report, WSP and ATR submission as well as mid-year and year-end taxExcellent computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Time and Attendance Systems)Dealing with all employee and Trade Union queries, complaints as well as wage negotiationsConflict Management on all levelsRepresenting the company at the CCMABe actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring processResponsible for full payroll function on Sage VIP (must have Sage VIP system experience)Responsible for administration of company provident fundCompile operational data for Management and maintain personnel records according to policy and legal requirements.Performance Management Competencies:- High level of competency in spoken and written English and Afrikaans
- Proficient in accounting systems and the application of good financial practice
- Strong administrative capabilities
- Sober habits
- Driver’s license essential
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems independently
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office software applications, in particular Excel
- Tertiary degree or diploma in Human Resource Management
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in Hospitality is advantageous
