As an Internal Sales Representative with technical/electrical knowledge, you'll support sales efforts by leveraging your expertise in automotive, transportation, construction, packaging, HVAC&R, building, and industrial sealing systems. Requirements:- Prior sales or customer service experience.
- Technical knowledge in relevant industries.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers.
- Assist with quotes, orders, and customer inquiries.
- Stay updated on product knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal teams for customer satisfaction.
