Description:
A dynamic company based in Houghton is seeking an Accountant.
Duties:
- Processing Accounting data
- Bookkeeping and financial administration to AFS level
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Preparation of monthly VAT Returns (incl. EC Sales)
- Liaising with SARS on VAT queries
- Managing statutory compliance requirements, including Income Tax and PAYE
- Preparation of year-end financial statements for Auditors
- Company secretarial functions and submission
- Liaising with business partners, banks and supplier
- Liaising with different departments on accounting matters
- 20 sets of books
- Supervise staff (The bookkeeper and the creditors clerk)

Requirements:

- 5 years minimum experience in commericial
- Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles (Advantageous)
- MS Office (Excel,Outlook)
- Sage One accounting
