Are you a young, dynamic Junior Management Accountant who is seeking career growth? We have an opportunity for you to join an established FMCG company based in the Western Cape. The perfect candidate for this role will have a relevant bachelor’s degree, BCom or BTech, and 3 years’ experience. A CIMA qualification and FMCG experience are highly advantageous.

In this role you will interrogate data to analyse and understand variances, process constraints, costing and conduct regular analysis on profitability. This role requires someone with strong problem solving skills as you will be expected to establish sustainable methods of measuring and tracking productivity; and identifying and implementing improvements. You will be responsible to lead and co-ordinate inventory control and physical counts.
Stock management input, verifying stock count accuracy, BOMs, costings, and variances will also be under your umbrella.
