We have a barista vacancy at our WCafe To-Go in Cape Town International Airport !
Ideal candidates should have the following: - Very vibrant and charismatic personality ! - Some experience working with coffee - Strong communication skills, fluency in English. - Ability to work under pressure. - A flair for customer service and passion for the hospitality industry. - Experience working with coffee as a barista (beneficial) - Sober habits - A South African Identity Document
Job description: - Preparing a range of espresso-based beverages according to company recipe and standards. - Being a coffee ambassador and serving customers with exceptional customer service to build and develop new relationships. - Maintaining hygiene standards and equipment according company policy. - Stock takes and submitting feedback to managers when required.
Training is provided. This is a minimum 24-month contract opportunity.
