Description:
My client based in Koelenhof Stellenbosch, has a vacancy for a Creditors Clerk with at least 3 years relevant experience to join their team. Requirements- Senior certificate (Matric minimum)
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Work experience on Sage Evolution or similar package will be an advantage
- Good telephone etiquette and bilingualism
- Able to work well within a team and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Own reliable transport
- Able to work under pressure and well organised
- Full Creditors function
- Managing creditors communication (central mailbox)
- Matching order and delivery notes
- Following up on price and quantity variances
- Processing of invoices
- Monthly reconciliations and account queries
- Assist with weekly and monthly supplier payments
- General filing and ad hoc administration
Monday - Friday - 08:30 - 17:00
