Job Description Minimum Requirements • Master’s Degree in any Maritime related field of study. • Marine Engineering Officer at Management level. • A minimum of 3 years teaching and or industry experience. Additional Recommendation: • The applicant should have a broad knowledge of the shipping industry and a keen interest in the education of aspiring seafarers • Good communication and presentation skills • Good organizational and planning skills • Ability to work both independently and in a team • Competency in Microsoft Office applications and a strong work ethic • Experience in E-Learning Summary of Duties: • Management of all matters relating to learning, teaching, and assessment • Assist in curriculum development • Assist in the development of industry specific no-subsidized short courses • Conduct research and publishing activities • Perform other duties as determine by the Head of Department Required skills
