Description:
Minimum requirements:Degree in Financial Accounting obtained from a registered tertiary institution, with completed articles
Minimum of 5 years extensive experience in a similar management position as Financial Manager
An added advantage will be a CA/CIMA qualification and previous experience in the Agricultural/Export Sector
Good financial and strategic thinking skills as well as technically strong in accounting and costing principles
Strong people skills in order to manage and motivate the staff of the financial department and give support to the
general manager and production staff
The ability to give meticulous attention to detail, whilst working under pressure
In-depth knowledge of all financially related legislation and above average computer skills (Microsoft Office
programmes )
Must be literate and conversant in Afrikaans and English with good interpersonal skills at all levels
