LOGISTICS CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (LOGISTICS & TRANSPORT)
KORSTEN, PORT ELIZABETH, EASTERN CAPE
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS :
· Matric
· Diploma Degree / Certificate in Logistics (ADVANTAGEOUS)
· Minimum of 2 - 3 years' experience in customer service or logistics management
· Experience in managing all aspects of shipping routes and delivery, specifically in respect of customer service & excellence & complete customer satisfaction
· Excellent customer service & satisfaction deliverable telephonically & electronically
· Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
· Proficient on Winfreight / Winfocus (other tracking programmes)
· Proficient on all MS Office packages with MS Excel
· Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Driver’s license (no endorsements)
· Own reliable vehicle or arranged transport
· Available immediately (ADVANTAGEOUS)
