A vibrant restaurant is looking for a Baker to join their Team. as the Baker you will be responsible for preparing and baking various types of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes or customer orders
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience as a Baker, preferably in a small bakery setting
Proficiency in baking a variety of products, such as bread, pastries, and cakes
Knowledge of baking techniques, including mixing, shaping, and proofing dough
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of products, following established recipes and quality standards
Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure consistent quality
Maintain inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies
Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery
Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and product offerings
Provide excellent customer service, including taking custom orders and ensuring customer satisfaction
