What You'll Do:

• Conduct internal audits autonomously and as part of a team.
• Identify weaknesses in procedures, systems, and internal controls, offering actionable recommendations for enhancement.
• Oversee the implementation of audit recommendations to enhance operational excellence.
• Perform stock-take audits and investigate instances of fraud or theft.
• Evaluate business processes and risks, ensuring the effectiveness of risk management procedures.
• Provide consulting services to optimize operational efficiency in critical areas such as warehousing, stock control, and cash management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

What You'll Need:

• A degree in BCom Internal Audit/BTech Internal Audit or a similar field (Progress towards CIA preferred).
• Strong retail background with 2-3 years of experience.
