Description:
My client, a well established Compost ad Mulching company based in the Cape Town Tokai area is looking for a Debtors Clerk on a 6 month contract starting on the 1st of June.
Requirements:
- Debtors: 2 to 3 years
- Microsoft Literacy: 2 to 3 years
- Chasing Money: 2 to 3 years
The ideal candidate will be required to fill the following roles on a daily and weekly basis:

Answer Phones, check and reply to emails and WhatsApps

Capturing new customer on pastel
3
Proforma orders on pastel
4
Confirm deliveries once paid with clients
5
Invoice deliveries on pastel for deliveries
6
Check on drivers
7
Book deliveries with Soraya in advance
8
Do schedule for the next day
9
Email Invoices once delivered
10
Transport costings for Manager
11
Call for account holders outstanding monies as per daily report
12
Email statements to customers at the end of the month
