We have an opportunity for a Consumables Co-ordinator in the City Deep area in the South of Johannesburg for a company within the FMCG industry. Requirements:- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification: NQF 5/6 or equivalent
- 2+ years relevant experience
- Accounts payable experience (Creditors)
- MRP System
- Advanced Ms. Excel
- Forklift license

- Financial (specific Accounts Payable)

- PROCUREMENT
- Ensure Purchase Orders are placed timeously
- Assist with expediting when escalation is required
- Calculate forward orders for Projects
- Place orders to ensure new lines / Projects start up in time
- Supplier Meetings
- Product quality issues
- Monitor stock levels on crucial items
- Supplier Claims
- BRC / HALAL
- Area inspection to ensure auditing compliance:
- Traceability
- H&S
- FIFO
- Allergen
- Packaging vs Ingredients
- Obtain documents and Declarations on new Suppliers and for audits.
- Area inspection to ensure auditing compliance:
- STOCK TAKE
- Ensure regular cycle counts
- Managing and closing monthly stock takes
- Processing / approve variance processing.
