We have an amazing opportunity for a Candidate Construction Project Manager based in Gauteng, Pretoria

Level: Senior
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Studies, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
• Bonus: BSc. Honours in Construction Management or similar.
• 5 years of construction project management experience in consulting within the built environment.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and management principles.
• Registration as a Candidate Construction Project Manager with the SACPCMP.
• Experience with international best practices in project management.
• Proficiency in managing project scope, schedule, costs, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Ability to lead professional teams, supervise construction contracts, and manage project communication effectively.
• Competence in project risk assessment, procurement, and technical meetings.
• Familiarity with building contracts such as JBCC, GCC, etc.
Personal Attributes:
• Proactive and self-motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, users, and stakeholders.
