Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Demonstrated proficiency in cost accounting principles and techniques, including job costing, process costing, and activity-based costing
- A comprehensive understanding of cost behaviour, cost allocation methodologies, and variance analysis
- Experience in creating and managing budgets, along with forecasting future financial performance by leveraging historical data and current market trends
- Proficient in analysing financial statements and performance metrics to offer valuable insights and facilitate informed decision-making across the organization
- Skilled in developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of various business processes
- Ability to identify and articulate variances between budgeted and actual financial results, providing actionable recommendations for improvement based on thorough analysis
Qualifications:
- Qualified CA(SA)
- 5 - 7 years’ experience
