A well-known FMCG giant is searching for a dynamic Continuous Improvement Engineer to join their Western Cape team. Our perfect match will possess a tertiary engineering qualification, chemical or industrial, as well as 3 years’ relevant experience, ideally in the FMCG sector.Your responsibilities will encompass driving continuous improvement, designing processes for new and existing products alongside R&D, Technology and Quality teams. You will participate in implementing and analysing projects and their impact.
Bring your team spirit to the fold as you will be supporting the team with data capturing, trending and analysis and supporting MECP through the Focused Improvement Pillar.
The MOC process and PMC pillar will be under your care in this role.
