We are currently looking for an Operations and Maintenace Manager to join our client to assist with further developing and growing their O&M division for the Commercial and Industrial Projects.The Operations and Maintenance Manager will be assisting with further developing and growing their O&M division for Commercial and Industrial Clients and working alongside the Head of Engineering
Skills & Experience:
Proficient knowledge on PV solar systems (grid-and off-grid), storage systems, generators and hot water systems
Strong written and verbal communication for interactions with client, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders
Experience in Project Management
Good knowledge on big data and how to use this effectively to streamline the output required.
Good programming skills, specifically for big data and automation of reports
Great at working under pressure to resolve issues.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational, time management, leadership and decision-making skills.
Experience and knowledge of solar plant software and hardware.
Self-starter
Qualification:
B.Eng., BSc. Eng, B. Tech Eng in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electro-Mechanical.
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
