Operations Engineer ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:- Diploma / Degree in IT or relevant experience Information Technology Qualification
- Alternatively, sufficient IT working experience incl. IT Service Desk, hardware configuration and technical support.
- Fluent English-speaking, including Business reading and writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems local and remote administration and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot potential solutions.
- Data analytics and trend analysis
- Presentation skills
- Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical back-end Application configuration knowledge beneficial to understand functionality of servers, databases, device patching, license management etc.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- 3+ years working experience in IT
- IT Service Desk experience highly beneficial
