Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Battery Energy Storage System Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing battery energy storage systems for a wide range of applications, including renewable energy integration, grid stabilization, and peak shaving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop battery energy storage systems to meet project requirements and specifications
- Perform technical and economic feasibility studies for battery energy storage projects
- Conduct system modeling and analysis to optimize system performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate battery energy storage systems into overall project designs
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams during system installation and commissioning
- Stay current on industry trends and developments related to battery energy storage technologies
Responsible for the coordination and organisation of all work for BESS bidder
Must have the experince for BEES plant
Requirements:
- Coordination Of Projects: 4 to 5 years
- Bess Design: 4 to 5 years
- Bess Plant : 4 to 5 years
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and implementing battery energy storage systems
- Proficiency in battery energy storage system modeling software (e.g., HOMER, DNV GL SYM-PLE)
- Strong understanding of battery energy storage technologies, including lithium-ion, flow batteries, and lead-acid batteries
- Experience with grid integration and control strategies for battery energy storage systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Professional engineering license (preferred)
