Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential landlords and property owners in the specified areas to expand our client base.
- Tenant Prospecting: Actively seek out prospective tenants, understanding their needs and preferences to match them with suitable rental properties.
- Property Marketing: Create compelling property listings and marketing materials to showcase available rentals, utilizing various channels such as online platforms and traditional marketing methods.
- Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships within the real estate community, attending industry events, and staying updated on market trends.
- Property Showings, Inspections and Key Handovers: Schedule and conduct property viewings/inspections/key handovers for prospective tenants, providing informative and engaging tours of rental properties.
- Preparation Of All Formal Contractual Agreements: Preparing all application forms, mandate agreements, leases, addendums, renewals, and formal letters to tenants.
- Rental Administrative Process: ensuring all documentation, tracking, invoicing, and payments are up to date. Managing notices and tenant correspondence. Assisting rental department on day-today functions and weekly rental updates.
- Eventing and Promotional Campaigns: Identify, schedule and co-ordinate promotional and brand awareness events and teams.

- Administration Experience: 3 to 4 years
- Property Rental Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Eventing And Promotion Experience: 1 to 2 years
- Real estate rental experience
- Own vehicle and driver's license (not negotiable).
- Must be willing to work weekends and after hours.
- Must be over the age of 28.
- Must be a people's person – great networker.
- Experienced in client relations, marketing, and sales.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Reliable and conscientious worker.
- Attention to detail.
- Well groomed.
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
- Must be a good team player.
- Organized.
- Cool, calm, and collected.
- Ability to multitask.
