Requirements:
- Assisting us with IR/EE/HR related & Leadership consulting and training to our clients in Cape Twon and surrounding areas.
- An opportunity to join one of the pioneers in IR training in south Africa.
- Minimum 10 years HR/IR experience in consulting/training or related rola.
- services SETA and ETDP registered Assessor/ Moderator an advantage.
- Human Resources/ Labour Law Degree or similar qualification.
- Have your own reliable vehicle.
- Have your own reliable lapyop and resources(including Speakers, WI-FI with backup in the event of load shedding).
- Computer Literate (Word, Excel,Powerpoint).
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, Skills Development Act in addition to the application thereof in practice beneficial.
- Experience in chairing hearing.
- Experience in attending to CCMA and the various Bargaining Council matters beneficial.
- Minimum 10 years HR/IR experience in consulting/training or related rola.
